Text BOARD & DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS FOR 2012NOMINATIONS FOR CGESC DIRECTORS AND OFFICERS FOR 2012 As a member of CGESC, you have the opportunity, and responsibility, to
elect club officers and directors for 2012. Club officers are the President,
Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer. The Board of Directors is composed of
10 directors plus the officers, and the past president. The directors are
elected for 2 year terms so this year we have 5 positions open. All the officers
positions are 1 year term so officers are elected every year.
The club by-laws call for a nominating committee to be appointed by the
Board at the regular board meeting in October. That board meeting was held
yesterday, October 17, 2011. The nominating committee is Gary Wilson, Marcey
Crowell and Dennis Crowell. Their contact information is:

Treasurer, and for 5 open directors ( 9 positions). If you know club members who
would like to help (1) set the future direction of the club and (2) help guide
the club next year, please submit their names to the noiminating committee. Of
course, we suggest that you speak with the person you wish to nominate
first. IMPORTANT: Nominated individuals need to accept the nomination by writting an
acceptance note to the nomination committee on or before December 13,
2011.
The schedule of election events are as follows:
